Senior Commercial FP&A will interact deeply with multiple core Commercial teams, obtain data and make plan/analysis, identify key areas to improve and grow, influence decisions and measure the effectiveness of solutions are implemented over time

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Act as Financial Business Partner to business functions and management
- Prepare management reports for business leaders and draw out actionable insights from financial data to influence strategy and performance
- Develop metrics and reports to provide visibility into profit/cost structure, cash flow impact and drive actionable plan with Business team
- Continuous process improvement and support on new business proposals or explorations

**Requirements**:

- Critical thinking, analytical skill, problem-solving skill, intellectual curiosity, collaboration is required
- Willingness to learn new thing and solving problem using cutting edge technology
- Passion for metrics/figures and ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
- Finance & Accounting knowledge is a plus
- Experience with using SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation is a plus
- 2-3 years in relevant experience. Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics, Accounting, Finance
