**Responsibilities**:

- Get the overall forecast/target of the revenue for each region from the Head of Sales**_ _**_(Nhận mục tiêu chung về doanh thu cho từng khu vực từ Trưởng phòng bán hàng)_
- Set reasonable KPIs (customer and revenues goals) to be achieved by the sales team _(Đặt ra KPI hợp lý về khách hàng và doanh thu để đội ngũ bán hàng đạt được)_
- Monitor the activities of the sales team by each province**_ _**_(Theo dõi hoạt động của đội ngũ bán hàng theo từng tỉnh thành)_
- Motivate members to hit or exceed sales targets _(Thúc đẩy các thành viên đạt hoặc vượt mục tiêu bán hàng)_
- Collect customer feedback_ (Thu thập phản hồi của khách hàng)_
- Provide updates to Head of Sales_ (Cập nhật thường xuyên thông tin cho Trưởng phòng bán hàng)_
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the Managers _(Trình bày về báo cáo bán hàng và dự báo doanh thu cho Quản lý trực tiếp)_
- Update the sales situation of each area**_ _**_(Cập nhật tình hình bán hàng của từng khu vực)_
- Explaining and giving effective suggestions/solutions to the problem being faced _(Tìm cách và đưa ra những giải pháp hiệu quả cho vấn đề đang gặp phải)_
- Making a deadline and timeline for each proposal/solution_ (Đặt ra thời hạn cho mỗi đề xuất/giải pháp)_

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experiences on same level & type of business _(Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở cùng cấp bậc và mô hình kinh doanh)_
- Bachelor degree _(Tốt nghiệp Đại học)_
- Leadership & management skills _(Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo và quản lý)_
