YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. This role is responsible for sharpening, strengthening, and maintaining Navigos Search’s client’s corporate brand thought leadership position in Vietnam and among top industry players.
2. Through external engagement with central and local governments while adhering to the company's values guidelines, the position will develop government and industry engagement and advocacy for a balanced and reasonable regulatory environment, safeguard the corporate good name, and improve our corporate brand value year over year with the Government and Public stakeholders.
3. By utilizing inputs from functions, create a single window for all government and industry contacts. representing the CEO of the company at important governmental and business events
4. Lead advocacy campaigns for issues affecting the corporate brand as well as the industry to promote business interests and prevent detrimental effects on the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN DETAIL
5. Government
- Build and lead government relation strategy as the industry leader and good corporate citizenship
- Build and lead government key stakeholder network and engagement plans, both central and local authorities
- Lead policy advocacy for both corporate growth and issue management to support business operation and continuity

6. Industry Engagement
- Build strategy and leverage business associations to support the corporate’s reputation building
- Represent the corporate at the Standing Committees at key business associations
- Build a proactive advocacy strategy and plan to support business operation and continuity.

7. Advocacy for balance and reasonable regulation
- On top of the National Assembly and Government/ Ministries’ law-building agenda, and timely update on potential opportunities and risks, if any
- lead policy and regulation advocacy to serve both the corporation’s interest or to support the industry business associations
- lead crisis management agenda to ensure business continuity

8. Planning and Executing budget
- Build Government and Industry strategy and planning process (AOP, strategic plan) and the flawless delivery of the same.
- Budget management: control and monitor to ensure effective use of Government relations and Industry Relations annual budget
- Be responsible to build capacity of Government relations and Industry Relations organization to deliver government relations and whole Corporate Affair agenda

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, additional certificates are preferable
- At least five years of related experiences

At least 2 years in a managerial position
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication/presentation skills

Mature & confidentiality
- Networking & liaison skill is a must
- Proficiency in Office software and English fluency in writing, reading and speaking
- Travel upon the business requirement
