**Job description**:
1. Phụ trách việc nắm bắt và xác định yêu cầu cho đến giai đoạn phát hành trong dự án, chẳng hạn như các chức năng mới và cải thiện hiệu suất.

2. Tham gia vào nhiều hoạt động phát triển, chẳng hạn như phần back-end để thu thập / phân tích dữ liệu đo lường và phần front-end với nhiều chức năng khác nhau để hỗ trợ kinh doanh tiếp thị.

3. Phiên dịch viên tiếng Nhật trong cuộc họp và phiên dịch tài liệu tiếng Nhật. Các trách nhiệm chính bao gồm:

- Hiểu biết về yêu cầu
- Khảo sát kỹ thuật chức năng mới (PoC)
- Hiểu thiết kế ứng dụng
- Triển khai ứng dụng và triển khai UT
- Hiểu Code
- Trợ giúp Giao tiếp tiếng Nhật và tiếng Việt
- thực hiện các nhiệm vụ này với sự liên lạc chặt chẽ với các PM và Trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật.

**Job requirements**:

- Hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển web/backend (Java/Python).
- Hơn 3 năm BrSE.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Nhật Bản.
- Trình độ tiếng Nhật trên N2.
- Kỹ năng cơ sở dữ liệu hoặc bộ nhớ đệm (ít nhất 3 năm): như MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ.
- Nắm bắt nhanh cấu trúc hệ thống.
- Hiểu thiết kế Code.
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, giải thích logic và thuyết trình.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc định nghĩa các yêu cầu chức năng và phi chức năng.
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành CNTT là mong muốn.
- Có kinh nghiệm hoặc mong muốn phát triển về: REST API, Docker, HTLM5, NodeJS, ReactJS, Go.
- Kiến thức vững vàng và kinh nghiệm tốt trong việc mở rộng quy mô hệ thống sản xuất để phục vụ hàng ngàn giao dịch mỗi giây (tps).
- Có kinh nghiệm hoặc đã phát triển hệ thống trên nền tảng AWS.
