- Identify and prioritize security risks and notify ROM accordingly
- Ensure that appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines in order to prevent or minimize losses and business disruptions are fully applied
- Ensure continuous implementation of all security measures against shoplifting, theft, robbery, fraud any other criminal actions
- Implement and monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and other security measures to deter theft and ensure the safety of employees and customers
- Conduct loss prevention training for security guards and store staffs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of loss prevention incidents, investigations, and actions taken.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor Degree from any background
- Have experience as a Loss Prevention Officer, Mall Security Guard, or similar (supervisor or manager level)
- Have experience in coordination with police department
- Good communication skills
- Be able to perform duties with speed and precision
- Detail-oriented, honest, careful
