**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Project Manager (PM) and Team Leader (TL) to arrange resources for better work needs based on priorities and importance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the QA team, ensuring clear communication of objectives and expectations.
- Fully understand the documents, requirements, and specs.
- Estimate an accurate test plan based on the requirements, time, and available resource.
- Ensure the testing environment is fully ready and testing materials are well prepared before assigning to QA Engineer (QAE).
- Work closely with PM/TL to arrange rational resource based on workload and priorities.
- Follow up on QAE execution progress and status to ensure the test results’ quality.
- Work closely with other Engineers to quickly toggle the issue occurring during the test.
- Cooperate with the PM/TL to give timely feedback for any issue that affects testing progress/result.
- Prioritize, scope, and escalate issues appropriately and establish the best method of resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating risks, defects, and coverage status.
- Responsible for QAE’s quality in order to deliver a flawless/ bug-free product.

**Your skills and experience**:
Specific Requirement:

- 3 or more years of professional QA Team Lead experience
- Good English fluency and communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in testing tools (JIRA) and bug tracking systems.
- Experience in Loading Testing (JMeter / k6 / LoadRunner,..)
- Experience with unit testing scripts (JEST/Mocha/Playwright/Jasmine)
