**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Quyết tâm làm việc để liên tục cải tiến, thử nghiệm, phát triển sản phẩm
- Hỗ trợ truyền tải đến các trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật về roadmap của sản phẩm, mục tiêu & kết quả mong muốn của công ty và các đội khác để đảm bảo các giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp được áp dụng
- Đạo diễn việc thể hiện cấu trúc sản phẩm và xây dựng đề xuất về hệ thống hạ tầng, thể hiện được mô hình hệ thống, truyền tải những ý kiến nhận xét tới đội ngũ kỹ sư và các nhóm khác nhau
- Tổ chức họp giao ban hàng tuần về cấu trúc sản phẩm với đội ngũ kỹ sư
- Đề xuất các phương tiện và giải pháp mới tới các trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật để thúc đẩy các tính năng tương tác, khả năng mở rộng và tin cậy cho sản phẩm
- Phối hợp với team quản trị sản phẩm để phát triển các prototype cho các giả thiết kỹ thuật để giúp đưa ra các quyết định về phương án kỹ thuật tiềm năng mới
- Hỗ trợ đội Platform xây dựng các mô hình mẫu hiệu quả, nhằm kiểm soát và xử lý hành vi xuyên suốt các stack, đảm bảo thực hiện cam kết của team về chất lượng dịch vụ

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Sử dụng thành tạo tiếng Anh để giao tiếp và làm việc với đội nhóm nước ngoài
- Ít nhất 6 năm kinh nghiệm về mảng kỹ thuật liên quan
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển hệ thống chất lượng SaaS cho doanh nghiệp thành công và được đánh giá cao
- Có kinh nghiệm với việc kiểm thử đơn vị, kiểm thử tích hợp và kiểm thử hồi quy,
- Thành thạo các môi trường lập trình như AWS, Azure hay Google Cloud
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với platform lập trình có áp dụng containerizatio
- Sẵn sàng và có kinh nghiệm làm việc với môi trường start up cường độ cao và nhiều biến động

**Điểm cộng cho ứng viên nếu có**:

- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong mảng IT cho y tế
- Có kinh nghiệm hoặc được đào tạo với các ngôn ngữ Python/Django, JS/React
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git.
