**Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care**:
**Technology, risk, and financial accountabilities**
- Utilize data build tool (DBT) to write and deploy data pipelines for the insurance domain
- Enable teams to activate end-to-end digital experiences for customers, colleagues, and partners that are more secure, robust, and scalable
- Bring thought leadership in your field of expertise to support the planning and execution of Technology’s strategic priorities, contemporary operating model, and business plan
- Contribute to both Technology and customer’s performance with insights, collaborative input, and expertise that promote value creation, innovation, managed risk, and improved performance
- Continue to develop and plan for future growth, enabling enterprise programs and managing products and services across the entire customer’s estate
- Demonstrate the customer’s purpose and provide leadership that enables, promotes, and demands customer’s behaviors at all times
- Ensure a workplace of safety and well-being for our people
- Contribute to your team’s performance by taking on broader accountabilities that reflect your capabilities, skills, and development goals to contribute to your squad’s success

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Identify, report, and resolve gaps in the Application Portfolio Model (APM) and Technology Portfolio Model (TPM) and ensure governance of deviations
- Contribute to the development of domain strategies and roadmaps to enable the realization of the business strategy while minimizing technical debt
- Utilize APM and TPM components in solution and technical architecture development and provide constructive feedback to address gaps or deficiencies
- Drive service creation aligned with functional and non-functional requirements
- Produce architecture deliverables within agreed time and budget
- Keep stakeholders informed of deliverable status and provide recommendations for informed decision-making
- Guide development and influence design decisions by platforms, vendors, and partners across the domain
- Assure the design throughout the delivery of the program of work
- Advise business stakeholders on the impact of key architecture decisions and provide options with articulated benefits and risks

**Requirements/ Desired skills and experience**

**Must-Have**:

- Advise on key impacts and articulate benefits and risks in architecture decisions

- Assist stakeholders in understanding technical requirements and resources
- Identify and communicate project risks
- Perform critical design reviews and facilitate technical workshops
- Develop solutions within AWS, Azure, or GCP and integrate with data center services
- Good English communication

**Key Areas of Expertise**:

- Well-Architected Frameworks (especially AWS and Azure) and knowledge of GCP
- Monitoring and Analytic
- Disaster Recovery and High Availability
- Data Protection
- Hybrid-Cloud/Data Centre environments

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience as a domain architect, focusing on governance and providing direction
- Knowledge of IaaS platforms, particularly AWS workloads
- Experience with SAP HANA, Azure
- Demonstrable experience in solution architecture development and key design decisions in a large enterprise environment, preferably in the financial industry
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in relevant technical fields
- Familiarity with formal architectural methods such as TOGAF
- Industry certifications in major cloud providers such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure certifications are highly regarded

**Soft and Communication Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to document and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
