Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role will be working in our 1 year project under our vendor's employment contract. It is to be renewed based on business demand.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requisitions and hiring kick-off plan
- Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Support employer branding initiatives, organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Lead all recruitment admin works (Onboarding, health check arrangement, reference check consolidation and other tasks assigned)

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (Linkedin, Facebook, Local job portals...)
- Good verbal and written in English
- Detail oriented & logical away of thinking would be a plus.
