**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the appropriate packaging of the right quality is used for the respective products in ASEAN Decorative Paints BU, across all countries and categories.
- Address quality issues on packaging using a network of packaging suppliers and internal expertise.
- Build up packaging expertise to deliver quality packaging solutions to the market.
- Products are launched with the right quality of packaging ensuring quality of the product and the packaging.
- Packaging specifications are developed, improved and enforced to ensure ongoing packaging quality.
- In-house expertise is developed to ensure best packaging solutions to the market.
- Packaging complaints are monitored and there is a program of continuous improvement.
- Responsible for packaging covering over 300 million euros of revenue across multiple countries in Decorative Paints BU.

**Requirements**:

- Scientific Degree or packaging experience - 5 years minimum experience.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Power BMI skills.
- Excellent communicator and facilitator both in Vietnamese & English.
- Able to manage and influence peers and more senior managers.
