**Job Brief**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Advise clients on appropriate pricing models for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with their budget and business objectives.
- Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure solutions are designed for high availability, scalability, and security within the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow capabilities and release updates to continuously improve the platform’s utilization.

**Job Qualifications**
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years dedicated to designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs and data transformation using Integration Hub.
- Experience with AI technologies such as machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and their integration into ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding at least 1 cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, etc.), and best practices for deployment, system design, and cost management.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist are highly preferred.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership and team collaboration experience, particularly in an Agile environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Fluent English

**Preferred Certifications**:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or other relevant areas.
