- Collaborate with project teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define and maintain coding standards and best practices for Java development.
- Guide and mentor development teams on complex Java projects and technological implementations.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure code quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends to incorporate into the architecture as appropriate.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the technological strategies align with business goals.

Essential Skills
- Expertise in Java, JEE, and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases, both relational (like PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (such as MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong understanding of API design and management tools.

Desirable Skills
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) is advantageous.
- Experience in a cloud environment, especially with providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Proven experience as a Java Architect or in a similar role with extensive Java development experience.
- Deep understanding of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of various Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and others.
- Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices in Java development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
