**I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Be in charge of recruitment for CVS operations based on weekly, monthly, quarterly requests.
- Build potential talent pools to adapt the company growth rate.
- Plan for both internal and external recruitment strategy to ensure achieve TA’s goal.
- Create recruitment KPIs and reports.
- Manage and analyze TA’s performance and optimize conversion rate to strive for recruitment outcomes
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the current situation and have appropriate solutions
- Review, design SOP for TA Team to adapt the recruitment needs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

**II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Headhunt Service,
- Strong logical thinking/problem-solving skill
- Strong communication skill
- Data-driven and tech-driven solutions.
- Good sense of caring people and company culture.
- Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning and quick adaptation.
- Strong passion with HR.
- Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
