MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Build plan/budget and executives with daily/monthly/yearly administrative tasks
- Develop, implement and improve required licenses, regulations/ policies
- Proceed the certificate related SA8000, ISO9000...
- Coordinate with Health-Safety-Environment team to maintain compliance SA8000, ISO9000.
- Organize training courses and monitor polices & procedures manipulation in work.
- Prepare the monthly/ yearly reports and urgent/ necessary reports for customers/group
- Maintain and develop good relationship with authorities and government.
- Manage the security and cleaning team and be responsible for security and cleaning matters in workshop

- Bachelor degree in Administrative, Business or related fields
- Good English communication
- Excellent system skills, admin procedures, reports
- Good communication skills to work with local authorities, customers
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Problem solving ability & Logical thinking
- Attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Can Do and Positive Attitude
- Take initiative and has a strong work ethic
- At least 2 years’ experience at the same position
