MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Phát triển và triển khai chiến lược nội dung:

- Xây dựng chiến lược nội dung dài hạn, đảm bảo nhất quán với định vị thương hiệu.
- Phối hợp với team Thiết kế và Media để sản xuất hình ảnh, video, bài viết theo đúng phong cách HẺM.

Quản lý và phát triển kênh truyền thông:

- Phát triển chiến lược tăng trưởng organic & viral, mở rộng reach và engagement. Đảm bảo tệp follow đúng với tệp quan tâm và khách hàng tiềm năng của HẺM.
- Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu suất từng kênh, tối ưu chiến lược dựa trên insight khách hàng.

Sáng tạo nội dung, kể chuyện thương hiệu:

- Xây dựng các series nội dung truyền cảm hứng cho khách hàng về phong cách sống, thời trang nam.
- Kết hợp Influencer/KOC để tạo nội dung phù hợp với hình ảnh thương hiệu.

Chạy chiến dịch nội dung theo từng giai đoạn:

- Triển khai nội dung cho các BST (bộ sưu tập), chương trình sale, sự kiện.
- Kết hợp với Performance Marketing để tạo nội dung tối ưu cho quảng cáo Facebook, TikTok.
- Thực hiện A/B Testing nội dung, tối ưu tỷ lệ chuyển đổi.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Ít nhất 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Content Marketing, Social Media hoặc Branding.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực chiến - xây kênh để ra đơn hàng, đặc biệt kinh nghiệm xây kênh TikTok. Vui lòng đính kèm kết quả xây kênh.
- Có hiểu biết bao quát về content marketing và nắm bắt được tầm nhìn thương hiệu
- Có gu thẩm mỹ tốt, hiểu về phong cách tối giản, thời trang nam và branding.
- Am hiểu Social Media Trend, đặc biệt là Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Có khả năng viết tốt, sáng tạo, kể chuyện thương hiệu mượt mà và truyền cảm hứng.
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, làm việc độc lập và chủ động trong công việc.
- Có khả năng phân tích số liệu, tối ưu nội dung dựa trên hiệu suất.
- Biết sử dụng AI
- Từng book KOC là một lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm livestream hoặc quản lý livestream là một lợi thế
