**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement game mechanics, systems, and features using Unreal Engine and Blueprints/C++.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of assets and gameplay elements.
- Optimize performance for various platforms, including PC, console, and mobile.
- Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience.
- Work on rendering, animation systems, physics, and other Unreal Engine tools.
- Integrate third-party plugins, SDKs, and APIs as required.
- Stay updated with Unreal Engine advancements and implement best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-3 years of professional experience as an Unreal Developer.
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) and Blueprints.
- Strong programming skills in C++ with experience in object-oriented design.
- Solid understanding of game development workflows, pipelines, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with physics, AI, rendering, and animation systems in Unreal Engine.
- Experience with version control systems like Git or Perforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of multiplayer networking and server-client architecture.
- Familiarity with shaders, lighting, and post-processing effects.
- Experience with procedural generation and tools development.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
