**Working Arrangement**

**Functions deliver**
- Create and implement activities to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website.
- Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
- Identifying and responding to all website security breaches.
- Schedule collaboration with Content owners to conduct content audits in order to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
- Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Improving the user experience of the website regularly.
- Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
- Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
- Understand the Vietnam business and customers’ needs to develop the product vision, roadmap and pipeline along with the Regional product owner.
- Be in-charge for communication plan for customer website in order to improve customer awareness & engagement according change management strategy.
- Responsible for customer insight reports to implement and tracking campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Digital Experience member and other relevant stakeholders to streamline customer experience through digital touchpoints.

**Help on UAT & Deliver other Marketing tools to customer**
- Prepare test plan and test cases
- Lead UAT and coordinate UAT with other departments to deliver Digital platform projects

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Experienced in Customer journey design
- Experienced in Web/app functions deliver
- Familiar with website analytic tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge )
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team.
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Good at MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Detail-oriented
- Problem-solving manner
