**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team for a Martech project. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our marketing technology initiatives. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies and driving business growth.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Analyze raw source data to determine contents and meaning of data from various sources, including marketing campaigns data, e-commerce related data such as sales performance, stock heath, store operations,... in order to understand requirements of stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and models, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and collaborate with BI analysts to design and create reports and dashboards.
- Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency, monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Participates in optimization of Reports, and Dashboard Performance.
- Create and maintain documentation related to the data infrastructure/requirements
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and data management.

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, analytical data modeling, aggregations, and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Good verbal, written communication skills in English
- Experience or understanding marketing/ eCommerce metrics is a plus
