- 1. MARKETING:

- Researching, analyzing the market trends; competitors and potential customers and providing consulting information to CEO & other departments.
- Propose tactics for lead generation and lead nurturing
- Brand development and promotion.
- Design, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns
- Assign, supervise and report results of Marketing team including (but not limited to):
+ Propose the required paid service to achieve KPI to the supervisor. + Preparing and presenting monthly quarterly and annual reports to CEO + Define and keep improving the operation process of Marketing & Sales team
- Join the recruitment process of Marketing & Sales Team
- Responsible for other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor and Board Director

2. SALES:

- Team management and alliances:
+ Build trust with partners, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term goals. + Track and analyze sales-related KPIs and improve poor results. + Define or continuously improve processes for managing customer information and sales performance. + Provide guidance to Team members on sales methods.
- Inside Sales:

- Pre-sales

+ Interact with new leads from the initial stage of communication and conduct proposal sales. + Work with the Sales Team to prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations to customers for new projects
- Post-sales

+ Gain a deep understanding of the existing client's business and situation, and make development proposals to expand the client's business. + Develop strong relationships of trust with existing customers and obtain up-sells and referrals from other departments (other companies). + Handle complaints from existing customers. + Responsible for other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and Board of Director

**Yêu cầu chung**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in exploiting offshore markets
- Having in-depth knowledge of brand development, market analysis in both domestic and foreign markets
- Understanding the IT field and the software development outsourcing industry
- Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving working environment.
- Ability to withstand pressure according to the Sales Growth Target (KPI) set by the company
- Confidence in personal soft skills: communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, etc.
- Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English
