**Job description**

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Lead to join our team. The QC Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software deliverables across multiple projects.

**Responsibility**
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team, including assigning tasks, overseeing testing activities, and providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that software deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing, including functional testing, API testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics and reporting mechanisms to track defects, test coverage, and overall software quality.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge.

**Job requirements**
- Must have:_
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in software quality control, with 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role especially Mobile (IOS, Android) and API
- Ability to create/design test plans for a new project
- Experience in **Functional tests, API Tests, and Performance tests**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve quality goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Nice to have:_
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with users, developers, and other technical staff in English.
- Experience working under an Agile (Scrum) model
