To this end, we are seeking an experienced Senior FX Artist who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- About the position- Sparx* is currently looking for a talented Senior FX Artist who can do his/her magic on Real-Time Engines. You love working on images, you dream to work on an entertainment IP, and we are looking for passionate people who want to open their field of competency. Welcome to the team where every day is a new challenge to make your ideas become true and amaze the audience with stunning effects.
- Responsibilities- Create stunning real-time visual effects using a mastery of high-quality particle effects, meshes, textures, and shaders
- Optimize effects for performance.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and solve cross-discipline problems
- Document your work to ensure knowledge transfer and help users understand the new systems and features
- Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine, Unity or a comparable current Game Engine.
- Ability to deconstruct complex visual effects from reference and recreate them in a real-time game engine
- Highly skilled with Photoshop, Maya, and or 3DS Max
- Strong sense of lighting, color, form and motion
- Familiar with PBR workflows
- Strong proficiency in technical problems solving
- Self-motivated and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Previous game production experience
- Open to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

**Preferred**:

- Experience with Python scripting or equivalent
- Experience with Houdini and dynamic simulations
- VR experience is a plus
- English proficiency is preferred
