**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for researching, guiding, innovating, and developing content that aligns with the brand image and products of the company. Ensure the quantity and quality of content across all platforms.

*
- **Conduct research on customer behavior (platforms, trends, psychology, demographics, etc.**) for each segment and each platform to improve content quality, aiming to increase interaction and conversion rates across channels.
- Generate ideas and edit scripts for advertising content, create communication messages, collaborate with the performance team to run suitable advertising campaigns.
- Regularly update trends, market research, activities of competing social channels, and understand and capture the U.S. market.
- Track the performance of creative content across all channels, evaluate the impact of content, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Other related tasks are assigned by the direct manager.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- English proficiency of **IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent).**:

- Understanding of U.S. culture. Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and customer insights.
- **Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.**:

- **Good English reading and writing skills.**:

- Can work independently and collaboratively in a team. Possesses skills in generating ideas, script editing, and creating content. Demonstrates writing skills.
