**1. Plan And Manage Digital Campaigns For Recruitment**
- Effectively plan and execute digital media campaigns (targeting, retargeting, keyword search, display) on multiple platforms, including but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Display Network, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn and Instagram...
- Work with relevant teams/personnel (Content Creator, Design, Talent Development Team) to generate the ad content and images that optimize conversion rate to ensure growth and KPI met;
- Ensure that all campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic while also ensuring a solid ROI;
- Analyze and report of campaign progress and conversion for improvement;
- Track and enhance search console for SEO and SEM optimization;
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms and technology partners;
**2. Support Recruitment Events**
- Join hands with the team on the date of even as assigned by Line Manager

**Must Have**:

- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments;
- Experience on managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Experience in IT/tech industry.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Be creative and think out of the box to identify different initiatives that could improve user experience and maximize user activation.
