You'll be the tech virtuoso in our digital marketing team, instrumental in implementing tech solutions and spearheading new opportunities for growth and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in integrating technology seamlessly with our marketing strategies, ensuring our digital presence is not just current but pioneering/

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Technical Leadership in Digital Marketing: Provide advanced technical leadership and implement technical upgrades for our performance marketing team. This includes integrating ad platform tracking codes, setting up offline conversion events, and ensuring seamless integrations between various marketing tools.
- Strategic Implementation & Troubleshooting: Offer expert assistance in troubleshooting, including resolving complex technical issues like broken pixels, tracking errors, and website functionality. Your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our technical marketing infrastructure.
- Analytics Expertise: Utilize your proficiency with Google Analytics, looker studio and other data analytics tools to drive insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborative Workflow Optimization: Work in tandem with other web developers and marketing teams to implement strategic website enhancements. Your role involves identifying process gaps and optimizing workflows to boost productivity and performance.

Innovative Tech Implementation: Stay ahead of the curve by constantly exploring and recommending new technologies and platforms that can enhance our marketing effectiveness.

**What skills and experience are required?**
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with FB & Google Marketing API integration, RESTful development, Node JS, Marketo, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with other ads management platforms (Smartly, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Marketing Savvy: Basic understanding of marketing principles combined with a passion for digital marketing technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analytics, relational databases, SQL data modeling, and ETL tools.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address challenges in a complex and often ambiguous environment.
- Project Management: Highly independent with robust project management skills.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, video editing, and agile software development methodologies.
- A keen eye for leveraging marketing and sales technologies to drive impactful results.
