**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver services and solutions for customers as part of the Power Platform Team using Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, and SharePoint.
- Engage in custom development and data integration on the platform.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Develop both model-driven and canvas-driven PowerApps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client challenges.
- Develop Azure logic apps and functions, and create Power BI reports/dashboards for reporting, data analytics, and efficiency improvements.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to enhance capabilities in Microsoft 365.
- Design end-to-end solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Support operations during the UAT, rollout, go-live, and maintenance phases.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Power BI, MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, and DAX query language.
- Experience with Common Data Service (Dataverse).
- Strong mastery of SharePoint and other out-of-the-box solutions such as Office 365, Web Parts, SharePoint Apps, User Store, Workflows, Master Pages, Business Connectivity Services, Page Layouts, Windows Workflow Foundation, PowerShell, and more.
- Background in software engineering or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to assist in solution development.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
