- Determining the required materials: raw wood, veneer and board by volume, standards, specifications to purchase and schedule to deliver
- Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, BOM, purchasing lead time, quality standards, import-export, warehouse
- Setting up timelines for group or specific material based on consumption levels and purchase terms: by need or ROL, safety stock; domestic or oversea
- Tracking demand and monitoring delivery and consumption according BOM
- Analysis and foreseen issue: supplies or usages
- Open discussion, find solution, monitor action taking to resolve issue; prevention action
- Liaising with purchasers to follow delivery schedule; update if any requirement changes and impaction
- Monitoring inventory, flow in - out of materials; analysing dead-stock, slow moving materials; involving & supporting to cost management
- Visualize reporting on alignment demand vs supply; requirement and actual consumption
- On time supply performance
- Material cost management
- Coordinate with IT to develop form, useful reports

- 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in furniture manufacturing is a plus
