- Responsible for ensuring materials availability to meet the production requirements with minimum stock level.
- Responsible for Direct Material and returnable Material.
- Manage Inventory basic on target defined and control unhealthy stock to avoid excess and obsolete stock.
- Liaises with stakeholders (including. Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistic,..) to ensure the schedule is deliverable and to anticipate and resolve potential issues
- Taking care of the detailed materials scheduling tasks; materials call off and providing visibility of incoming materials to the materials handling team
- Anticipate and mitigate future material availability risks within the short-term horizon
- Manages supplier commitment process, tracks supplier performance versus key metrics including deliveries on time, in full and on standard
- Is first point of issue resolution with suppliers for the short-term horizon
- Responsible for placing and managing purchase orders
- Provides visibility of inbound materials flow to local logistics teams
- Maintain the updated and accurate Masterdata, including material item code and Bill of Material, ready for planning and production
- Continuous improvement for material process
- Manage obsolete, risk obsolete and slow moving of material

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Working Experience: 2-4 years in Planning, Supply chain field
- Experience with ERP
- Fluent in English and local language (spoken and written)
- Good communicator with the ability to collaborate internally and externally.
- Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills
- Good Technical skills: MS Excel, Powerpoint
