**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conceptualize and deploy data infrastructure supporting business intelligence and data science teams.
- Design, implement and monitor data pipelines.
- Collect and process raw data for utilization by data scientists.
- Prototype and implement data transformation tools.
- Explore ways to improve the quality and availability of data.
- Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related troubleshooting and investigations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to extract data from live systems.
- Gather requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into actionable specifications.
- Design and maintain tools for data scientist team members that help them optimize our games.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field
- Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, other major data processing programming languages
- Passion for automation and scripting
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experienced with GitHub
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallels
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly, with good communication and organization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data engineering certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Airflow, Snowflake a plus.
