As AMREP's Senior Manufacturing Engineer, your role is to provide technical leadership to suppliers for bringing products into production. You will use your expertise in production, quality, manufacturing processes, and engineering to achieve successful production outcomes. You will be highly accomplished at working with multi-disciplinary teams and at working with senior management levels. You should be excellent at problem solving, production analysis, and project management. This is an exciting, challenging position for a dedicated quality production professional that will see you working with the world's most innovative OEMs and bringing their cutting-edge products into the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead design for Manufacturablity assessments.
- Deploy and optimise manufacturing processes to deliver optimal quality and yields.
- Ensure the supplier's manufacturing readiness to bring products online and that it is able to support New Product Introduction initiatives, ramp-ups, and high volume production.
- Production process development, documentation, optimisation and validation.
- Failure/Data analysis - Plan, develop and implement procedures to test and evaluate products. Make recommendations for product design changes and final assembly standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to smoothly bring products online
- Develop initiatives to improve production quality, capacity and efficiency.
- Drive suppliers towards resolving operations and technical issues.
- Prepare suppliers for pre-production builds.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Demonstrated experience in process development and generating production improvements.
- English at professional proficiency.
- Tertiary qualifications in electrical/electronics, manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong experience in leading teams, working with senior management, and in directing 'whole of organisation' initiatives.
- Good understanding of manufacturing costs and production tooling
- Strong experience in manufacturing environments (8+ years), ideally in the electronics sector and in a leadership capacity. Other advanced manufacturing industries e.g. automotive are welcome.
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing supplier performance and yield improvement.
- Advanced knowledge in Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical process controls (SPC), failure analysis techniques (e.g. SEM, EDX, FTIR), New Product Introduction (NPI) and production tooling and processes.
