**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 20 - 40 triệu VNĐ)
- Xây dựng app mobile trên thị trường global (App Store)
- Xây dựng các bộ chỉ số sản phẩm (Product Metrics), theo dõi và tối ưu sản phẩmdựa trên data
- Theo dõi các hành vi người dùng từ các công cụ Firebase, Apple Connect, Revenue Cat
- Giám sát và đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm qua từng version
- Làm việc với team Marketing để tối ưu admob, monetize
- Làm việc với PO Manager để lên kế hoạch cho sản phẩm, nghiên cứu tính năng và nghiên cứu đối thủ cạnh tranh, sau đó triển khai với team Dev, Tester

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương: 10.000.000 - 20.000.000 VNĐ
- Review lương, thưởng 2 lần/ năm (Tháng 1 và tháng 7), mức lương tăng upto 25%/ đợt review, thưởng 1-4 tháng lương/năm

- Trang bị các thiết bị làm việc phù hợp với công việc

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm làm các sản phẩm liên quan đến Mobile Apps, có khả năng tối ưu các chỉ số của sản phẩm, biết sử dụng firebase, tool bên thứ 3 để phân tích sức khỏe sản phẩm
- Có từ 6 tháng - 1,5 năm kinh nghiệm làm PO cho các app iOS
- Có khả năng sử dụng các công cụ để phân tích thị trường, phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh để đưa ra phương án tối ưu sản phẩm(ví dụ appstore spy, sensortower, data ai)
- Có tư duy End User và Customer Centric, Data-driven
- Có khả năng phân tích tốt về UX Analytics
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ phân tích người dùng (Firebase, Apple Connect, Revenue Cat)
- Hiểu về quy trình A/B testing
- Có khả năng xây dựng wireframe, có khả năng về UI là một lợi thế
- Có Business Sense, có thể chuyển hoá từ mục tiêu kinh doanh sang chiến lược sản phẩm
- Hiểu rõ và có kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng sản phẩm theo mô hình Agile/Scrum.
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có hiểu biết về quản lý và cách ASO các sản phẩm trên google play console hoặc apple store connect

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian tốt
- Có niềm đam mê trong việc xây dựng sản phẩm và thiết kế lấy người dùng làm trung tâm
