- Hỗ trợ quản lý nghiên cứu đối thủ, phân tích insight KH, sản phẩm, dịch vụ, phục vụ cho việc lập kế hoạch truyền thông và triển khai nội dụng

- Có kinh nghiệm lên ý tưởng cho dịch vụ cao cấp
- Khả năng viết xuất sắc và phân tích đa dạng cho nhiều loại hình truyền thông, nhiều đối tượng khách hàng khác nhau.
- Khả năng phân tích thị trường, tâm lý và nắm bắt thông tin tốt
- Kết hợp làm việc nhóm và quản lý thời gian hiệu quả
