**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

Dù bạn đang trong quá trình thực tập hay sinh viên mới ra trường, Bất kể xuất phát điểm của bạn là ai, bạn vẫn sẽ nhận được trao quyền tham gia vào các dự án lớn của Công ty, đóng góp tạo ra giá trị cho sự phát triển chung của nhãn hàng đối tác và của Công ty

Bạn sẽ đồng hành tại HIMCOM và nhận được sự hướng dẫn từ Recruitment Supervisor trong suốt quá trình thực tập, phát triển các kỹ năng cá nhân từ những kinh nghiệm thực tế

**Thực Tập Sinh Tuyển Dụng (2 bạn)**
- Thực hiện công tác tìm kiếm ứng viên, tạo nguồn, phát triển các nguồn tuyển dụng;
- Thực hiện tiếp nhận và sàng lọc hồ sơ ứng viên;
- Tham gia hỗ trợ công tác tuyển dụng khi có yêu cầu;
- Gọi điện/gửi mail mời phỏng vấn, thông báo kết quả tới ứng viên;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự yêu cầu của Recruitment Supervisor;
**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Sinh viên đại học năm 4 chuyên ngành Quản trị nguồn nhân lực hoặc các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan; **có định hướng phát triển trong lĩnh vực nhân sự/tuyển dụng**
- Kỹ tính, cẩn thận và tư duy logic tốt;
- Chăm chỉ, nhanh nhẹn, chủ động trong công việc;
- Thành thạo kỹ năng tin học văn phòng (Word và Excel);
- Ưu tiên các bạn thực tập full time từ 3 tháng trở lên;
- Ưu tiên các bạn có GPA từ khá trở lên;
