Trách nhiệm chính: Đảm bảo toàn bộ hệ thống phòng khám vận hành theo đúng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, tuân thủ quy định của Bộ Y tế, đảm bảo an toàn, hiệu quả trong hoạt động khám chữa bệnh và nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.

**1. Xây dựng & triển khai hệ thống quản lý chất lượng**
- Xây dựng **chiến lược & kế hoạch đảm bảo chất lượng toàn hệ thống**.
- Xây dựng, cập nhật **quy trình, tiêu chuẩn vận hành** theo quy định của Bộ Y tế và công ty.
- Đề xuất và triển khai **các biện pháp cải tiến** nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.
- Hướng dẫn và kiểm soát **việc thực hiện các quy trình liên quan đến an toàn y tế, kiểm soát lây nhiễm, tiệt trùng dụng cụ.**

**2. Giám sát chất lượng dịch vụ & đánh giá hiệu suất**
- Kiểm tra, đánh giá chất lượng điều trị thông qua kiểm soát **hồ sơ bệnh án, phản hồi khách hàng, báo cáo từ các cơ sở.**:

- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để đảm bảo dịch vụ khách hàng đạt tiêu chuẩn.
- Theo dõi **KPI tại phòng khám** và đề xuất biện pháp cải thiện.

**3. Kiểm tra, đánh giá & báo cáo định kỳ**
- Kiểm tra định kỳ **tại các phòng khám để đánh giá tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn.**:

- Thực hiện audit về **quy trình tiệt trùng, xử lý rác thải y tế, an toàn lao động.**:

- Báo cáo tổng hợp về tình hình chất lượng, đề xuất phương án xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.

**4. Quản lý & đào tạo đội ngũ QA**
- Quản lý & điều phối **nhóm QA tại các cơ sở** để đảm bảo hiệu quả kiểm soát chất lượng.
- Đào tạo **nhân viên mới & nâng cao kỹ năng cho đội ngũ QA** về tiêu chuẩn, quy trình kiểm tra.
- Tổ chức các buổi **hướng dẫn & đào tạo nội bộ cho nhân sự toàn hệ thống** về chất lượng và an toàn y tế.

**5. Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định pháp lý & an toàn y tế**
- Đảm bảo toàn bộ hoạt động của phòng khám **tuân thủ quy định y tế, an toàn lao động, môi trường**.
- Theo dõi việc **xử lý rác thải y tế, kiểm soát lây nhiễm** theo đúng quy định.
- Phối hợp với phòng pháp chế để chuẩn bị cho **thanh tra từ Bộ Y tế.**

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương: thỏa thuận khi phỏng vấn
- Được hưởng đầy đủ bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp, bảo hiểm y tế và 12 ngày nghỉ phép hàng năm.
- Thưởng cuối năm theo kết quả kinh doanh.
- Giảm giá các dịch vụ tại phòng khám nha khoa cho cán bộ nhân viên và người thân từ 10% - 50% (tùy loại dịch vụ).

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. **Học vấn & Kinh nghiệm**:

- Tốt nghiệp **Đại học các ngành: Quản lý Chất lượng hoặc các ngành có liên quan.**:

- Ít nhất **5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Quản lý chất lượng, trong đó có 2-3 năm ở vị trí quản lý**.
- Am hiểu **quy định của Bộ Y tế về hoạt động nha khoa, kiểm soát chất lượng & an toàn y tế.**:

- Ưu tiên ứng viên **có kinh nghiệm tại chuỗi phòng khám, bệnh viện hoặc trung tâm y tế.**

2. **Kỹ năng**:

- **Kỹ năng quản lý & lãnh đạo đội ngũ** QA toàn hệ thống.
- **Khả năng phân tích, đánh giá & cải tiến quy trình**.
- **Kỹ năng đào tạo & truyền đạt quy trình** cho đội ngũ nhân viên.
- **Giao tiếp & phối hợp tốt** với các phòng ban, đặc biệt là đội ngũ bác sĩ & điều dưỡng.
- **Tư duy hệ thống & tư duy cải tiến**.
