2. Thực thi các đầu việc liên quan đến hoạt động PR của công ty
- Làm việc với tổng bộ để nhận và đồng bộ các chiến lược và hướng phát triển các chiến lược PR của sản phẩm.
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với các cơ quan truyền thông báo chí
- Soạn thảo các văn bản thông tin tới báo chí, thông cáo báo chí
- Phát hiện, báo cáo và xử lý các sự cố, khủng hoảng truyền thông. Thiết lập các quy chuẩn ứng xử với sự cố truyền thông.
- Chủ động cập nhật xu hướng, đề xuất và triển khai đa dạng các kênh/công cụ PR. Tìm hiểu và nắm bắt chiến lược, công cụ PR của các đối thủ cạnh tranh.
- Đóng vai trò kiểm duyệt các nội dung được phát hành ra công chúng và cần phải phù hợp với định hướng PR.
- Lên ý tưởng và hỗ trợ triển khai nội dung các chương trình tương tác trong cộng đồng để nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng;
- Tham gia hỗ trợ nội dung/giám sát kiểm tra hoàn thiện các tin bài liên quan đến hoạt động PR cho các sản phẩm;
- Hỗ trợ hoàn thiện kịch bản MC, thông cáo báo chí, các bài phát biểu cho sự kiện liên quan đến sản phẩm. Tiến hành đăng tải thông tin theo kế hoạch đã duyệt;
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản trị nội dung và hình ảnh website, fanpage Vietnam; phối hợp các chuyên viên MKT trong quá trình quản trị nội dung, hình ảnh các website/fanpage các sản phẩm;
3. Liên hệ, làm việc với KOL/KOC
- Quản lý, liên hệ, kết nối các kênh Booking PR/KOL hiệu quả nhằm đáp ứng kịp thời và tối ưu chi phí;
- Tích cực theo dõi và cập nhật những thay đổi về xu hướng KOLs, KOC để đề xuất phương án booking hiệu quả.
- Hỗ trợ ý tưởng, kiểm soát nội dung và hình ảnh trên các bài book PR, KOL, KOC

4. Các nhiệm vụ phát sinh khi được lãnh đạo cấp trên giao phó.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Nam, nữ từ 23-28 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học trở lên
- Có kinh nghiệm trở lên ở các vị trí JD PR/Community. Ưu tiên Từng làm qua các công ty Trung Quốc.
- Ưn tiên Có lợi thế về ngoại ngữ tiếng Anh hoặcTrung.
- Sử dụng tốt vi tính văn phòng (excel, word, Outlook...)
- Kỹ năng ra quyết định, giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả, chịu được áp lực cao, trung thực
