**Job description**:

- Teko is looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our development team. As a UX Designer at Teko, you will:

- Work closely with the product team to identify objectives.
- Develop a clear design plan which fits the team's timeline.
- Conduct user research, market research,...
- Create user personas, journey maps.
- Determine the information architecture of a digital product.
- Design user flows and wireframes.
- Create prototypes.
- Validate design by user testing.
- Present design ideas to the larger team in a clear and organized fashion.
- Maintain design systems
- Support other tasks as requested by the manager

**Your skills and experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Experienced in Design Thinking process for technology products.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Balsamiq, Mockingbot, Draw.io, etc.)
- Endless curiosity about people, technology, design, and life
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Being proactive in all aspects
- Experience interacting with clients and the ability to speak about your work with passion and data
- Demonstrated skills in creating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables
- Produce clear, user-centric design across mobile, desktop, web, and hardware endpoints
- Contribute to all aspects of design including requirement defining, user research, workflow diagramming, detailed design, development of use cases and scenarios, and engineering support
- Partner closely with developers, and product team to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, and market dynamics
