**In this role, you will**:

- The UX Designer is responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of our products. They work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences by adhering to design system guidelines. They continuously work to improve existing patterns and play a critical role in forming features and improvements for our products.
- Structuring and organizing content or information in a way that is intuitive and user-friendly. This often involves creating prototypes, sitemaps and user flow diagrams.
- Developing interactive prototypes that simulate the user experience to test and refine design concepts.
- Ensuring that the design is accessible to all users, including those with
- disabilities, by following accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Creating low-fidelity wireframes or sketches to outline the basic layout and functionality of a feature.
- Creating UX documentation or guides to help other understand patterns and connected interactions.
- Conduct regular design reviews to provide guidance, identify challenges, and ensure quality standards.
- Conducting research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- This involves methods like surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

**What you will bring**:

- From 3 years of practical experience in UX or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX design, interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), cognitive psychology, graphic design, or a related discipline.
- Portfolio including coursework, freelance work or personal projects.
- Extended knowledge with design software like Figma, Adobe Suite or other industry-standard tools.
- Good English communication is a must.

**Skills and capabilities required**
- A grasp of key UX principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
