Performs administrative work as well as manages and modifies the working procedures of the Production Engineering department.

1. To be responsible for sending and receiving documents;

2. To be responsible for purchasing relevant materials and equipment (making purchase requisition -PR), coordinating with purchasing department to purchase goods on time;

3. To be responsible for managing fixed assets of the department and printing fixed asset labels;

4. To be responsible for managing accessories and equipment of SMT line;
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các phụ kiện thiết bị của chuyền SMT;_

5. To be responsible for dossiers management (creating, adjusting, releasing); request/receive medicine, personal protective equipment
- PPE, stationery at the Production Engineering department;
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý quy trình của bộ phận (soạn thảo, chỉnh sửa, phát hành); đề nghị mua / tiếp nhận thuốc, vật tư bảo hộ lao động, văn phòng phẩm tại bộ phận PE;_

6. Support the head of the department to implement and monitor the work related to ISO 9001;14001 and 45001;
