To participate in and assist in the establishment, operation, maintenance and improvement of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 management systems and system document control.

1. Participate in the preparation of ISOs management system documents (program documents, work instructions, etc.);

2. Be responsible for following up the implementation of various training programs;
- Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi việc thực hiện các chương trình đào tạo;_

3. Be responsible for the unified numbering and format adjustment of ISO system documents and records;
- Chịu trách nhiệm thống nhất về số thứ tự, điều chỉnh thể thức hồ sơ, tài liệu của hệ thống ISO;_

4. To be responsible for inspecting and supervising the use of ISO management system documents;
- Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra, giám sát việc sử dụng tài liệu hệ thống quản lý ISO;_

5. Responsible for the implementation of the internal audit plan and follow-up of the internal audit unqualified items report;
- Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai kế hoạch đánh giá nội bộ và theo dõi báo cáo các hạng mục chưa đạt yêu cầu trong chương trình đánh giá nội bộ;_

6. Responsible for sorting out the relevant information of management review as required;
- Chịu trách nhiệm sắp xếp các thông tin liên quan đến xem xét của lãnh đạo theo yêu cầu;_

7. Responsible for timely replacement and proper storage of ISO documents;
- Chịu trách nhiệm sắp xếp các thông tin liên quan đến xem xét của lãnh đạo theo yêu cầu;_

8. Responsible for the training and assessment of the clerks of the document control group;
- Chịu trách nhiệm về công tác đào tạo, đánh giá nhân viên văn thư Tổ kiểm soát văn bản;_

9. Responsible for the company's quality and EHS targets statistics and follow-up work;
- Chịu trách nhiệm về công việc thống kê và theo dõi mục tiêu chất lượng, EHS của công ty;_

10. Responsible for searching for laws and regulations applicable to the company and follow up to evaluate their applicability;
- Chịu trách nhiệm tra cứu các quy định pháp luật áp dụng cho công ty và theo dõi đánh giá khả năng áp dụng;_

11. Responsible for following up the external audit of ISO management system;
- Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi đánh giá ngoài hệ thống quản lý ISO;_

12. Translate the foreign langue document into Vietnamese;
- Dịch tài liệu tiếng nước ngoài sang tiếng Việt;_

13. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.
- Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên sắp xếp._
