**About the role**

Sunbytes is seeking an
**IT Officer **to strengthen our client team in Ho Chi Minh City. Our client comprises talented employees in Viet Nam and the Philippines to develop products in manufacturing.

As an
**IT Officer, **you will be responsible to administer the company network and ensure that the network development and execution of the IT Infrastructure plan, system development activities, system & security analysis, and infrastructure services meet strategic goals.

Next to that, you will work directly with the team to ensure that the organization is meeting IT requirements and standards. Additionally, you will provide technical recommendations for complex projects and formulates/defines system scope and objectives.

**General Responsibilities**- Manage all IT equipment (Server, user computer, projector, network devices ).-
- Ensure proper and normal working conditions of critical network services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange server, File server, network load balancer, VPN, and Anti-spam.-
- Ensure network system and PCs are up to date with antivirus and patch updates.-
- Maintain continuous rehearsal of the company disaster recovery plan.-
- Standardize documentation on IT configurations for all hardware, software, network, systems, and processes.-
- Document all discussions and decisions throughout projects and documentation on process, procedure, and completion of projects.-
- Be part of the IT department in evaluating performance reviews on operating procedures, hardware, software, and essential IT services.-
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of equipment/services.-
- Other duties may be required and expected.**General Required Regular Reports/Outlooks**- Daily monitors system logs and generates reports about network security and Phone system.-
- Supports the LV’s staff for IT troubleshooting matters.-
- Verifies daily backup, and weekly backup tasks.Extract daily general data Record check in out of LV’s Staff and sent to HRD.**Benefits**:

University degree - majoring in Information Technology. Good at communication in English (speaking, reading, and writing). At least 2 years experience in the position of equivalent position. Must have thorough Windows/MS Office knowledge. Must have a thorough knowledge of PC hardware and software. Knowledge of networking, hard
