The role & key responsibilities
The Government Projects Officer - Ha Noi position provides key supports to the manager in order to enhancing and maintaining the stakeholder relations strategy, focusing on strengthening and developing effective working relationships with strategic partners to support RMIT Vietnam in achieving its business goals and strategy.
The role assists in maintaining strategic engagement with Vietnam Government, development agencies, and industry
Key selection criteria
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience.
- At least 01 year of relevant experience in corporate business planning, performance management, and stakeholder engagement within a large complex organization, preferably in the Higher Education/University environment.
- Excellent communications and business writing skills with demonstrated experience in producing high-quality presentations, briefing papers, and reports.
- Excellent ability to fluently communicate (both verbally and written) in English and Vietnamese with various types of stakeholders

English proficiency requirements
If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard, equivalent to IELTS (General) 5.5. RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete a Linguaskills test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
