**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- 1. Vendor Management:_
- Source, negotiate, and contract with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Facilitate the liquidation process and oversee timely vendor payments.
- 2. Account Administration:_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and oversee the timely delivery of packages as required.
- 3. Business Intelligence:_
- Collaborate with the Vietnam Finance Manager to build and maintain a comprehensive vendor database to track vendor performance and facilitate efficient procurement processes.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize procurement processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Devise a robust vendor program, including supplier ranking and incentivizing beneficial payment terms and reporting standards.
- Contribute to the development of a vendor ranking system and implement strategies to incentivize favorable payment terms and reporting standards.
- 4. Data Entry and Reporting:_
- Handle accurate data entry into relevant systems and databases.
- Assist in compiling data for Campaign reporting (coverage clipping, data entry)

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from many sources.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and an excellent organized team player
- TRAVEL AND PLACE OF WORK_

Your usual location for work will be the company's office in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Your place of work may vary depending on the Company’s needs, including Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Indonesia the Philippines, or other locations as instructed from time to time. Additional expenses, incurred by you as a result of the Company directing that you work from a location other than your usual location, will be reimbursed by the Company.

- _ Unlimited Leave:_ Your allocated holiday time at Vero will be unlimited. We trust our people to use good judgment when given guidelines for making decisions about taking a holiday and we know that our teams work better when they can rest and take a proper break from work. Our goal is that every team takes an average of 15 days (minimum) per person a year.
- _Annual Bonus_: An “enhanced 13th month” through which you will receive an annual extra sum of money equal to your salary in the preceding month plus a fraction of annual company benefits. The year-end bonus is determined by the Company and at its sole discretion. The Year-end Bonus is paid in the same paycheck of January.
