**Description du poste**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Admin/ Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The Supply Chain Admin/ Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with our supply chain management team to support various aspects of our supply chain operations. This hands-on role will provide you with exposure to different facets of the supply chain, including demand & supply planning, logistics, inventory management, and partners’ relations.
- Support inventory management efforts by tracking inventory levels and analyzing inventory data toidentify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timelydelivery of products to our partners.
- Assist in analyzing supply chain performance metrics and preparing reports to identify areas foroptimization and cost reduction.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records related to supply chain activities andtransactions.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager

**Profil recherché**:
Knowledge, abilities & experience
- Currently enrolled in an educational program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge in any ERP system such as SAP/RapidResponse/FuturMaster would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts and principles is preferred
- Diligent, meticulous, and trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, adept at managing multiplepriorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for effective collaborationwith employees, vendors, and travel agencies.
- A keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in maintaining documentationand records.
- Capable of working independently, making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong command of English proficiency written and spokenKey
