**What You Will Be Doing**
- Creating and tracking internal billings & invoices and transactions.
- Preparing and processing U.S. and international vendor invoices and disbursements (checks/wires)
- Processing payment including checks, wires, ACH and intercompany.
- Processing inter-company invoices and credit memos.
- Preparing month-end Account payables and accruals recognition.
- Recording specific accounting transactions in the general ledger for international operations.
- Supporting for the monthly accounts payable financial reporting and analysis
- Preparing and finalizing annual 1099 for IRS reporting
- Providing supporting documents relating to financial statement audit requests and internal review
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing process
- Reconciling US ledgers to local book ledgers, noting foreign transaction, foreign exchange, and GAAP differences.
- Coordinating with team members on local books vs. management forecasting.
- Creating and maintaining a mapping of local accounts to US general ledgers.
- Coordinating with local accounting firms on transactions, audits, information and reporting.
- Creating trial balances and financial statements at entity or reporting division levels.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP principles
- Assisting with tax reporting requests on an as needed basis

**What We Need From You**
- Bachelor degree in accounting required.
- 3 years of international accounting experience is required.
- 3 to 5 years of overall accounting experience is required.
- English proficiency
- Good organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Logical thinking in problems solving; decisions making.
- Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service and Trust.
- Public company experiences is preferred.
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Experience of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is preferred.
