**A. RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This position plays a specialized, individual contribution role as part of the Marketing & E-commerce Team. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketing executive pursues specific goals in lead communication, brand building, and sale conversion.

**Scope of Work (80%)**
- Responsible for digital monthly/yearly marketing planning and execution
- Solid knowledge of Meta/Google Ads/Marketplace Ads and other paid media methods
- Responsible for driving traffic and sales by planning, management & optimizing campaigns across all digital channels: Owned-Site, Marketplace.
- Solid experience & knowledge of using Google Analytics 4 and/or other data analytics platforms
- Analyse data to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures, and to provide key insights and recommendations on campaign performance
- Run multivariate tests by A/B testing tool and methods to determine the highest performing creative, ad copy, and audiences to increase campaign performance
- Use data from Meta/Google/Membership as well as our own to expand, evolve, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet the team and company goals

**Scope of Work (20%)**
- Be responsible for content strategic planning of creative content and media channels for the sales or branding campaign
- Be able to work and supervise agencies to deliver the campaign’s objectives effectively under cost-effectiveness
- Stay current with best practices and changes related to social media marketing, analytical & e-Commerce tactics

**B. REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience is preferred
- Deep knowledge of digital and social media including all current trends and technologies
- Time management and prioritization skill
- Attention to details
- Negotiation ability
- Resilience & endurance at work
- Project management and multi-tasking skills
- Good team player
- Willingness to work extra hours or weekend
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
- Good sense of aesthetics and creativity
