Nội dung công việc:

- Theo dõi thông tin chi phí và duy trì theo dõi chi phí
- Tạo các báo cáo chi tiết phục vụ theo dõi, kiểm soát chi phí hiệu quả
- Thu thập dữ liệu báo cáo lãi lỗ theo mặt hàng
- Kiểm soát chi phí cố định và biến đổi giá thành sản phẩm, bán thành phẩm dở dang
- Thực hiện điều tra, xác nhận chi phí thực tế sản xuất của sản phẩm định kỳ theo yêu cầu của BOD
- Tham gia nhóm quản lý cost down
- Thu thập dữ liệu phục vụ đánh giá sự biến động của WIP và FG hàng tháng

Yêu cầu:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên nghành: Kế toán tài chính, giá thành
- Tiếng Anh Toeic: 600~ Hoặc tiếng nhật N3
- Kinh nghiệm từ 3 năm trở lên tại vị trí tương đương tại công ty sản xuất
- Excel tốt, biết sử dụng Power Query
- Cẩn thận, trách nhiệm

Chế độ:

- Mức lương: upto 17tr ( gross )
- Được tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội bắt buộc theo luật, bên cạnh đó:

- Cấp Nhân viên: Được hưởng bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/24
- Cấp Quản lý: Được hưởng chế độ BH sức khỏe, BH tai nạn 24/24
- Thưởng nhân dịp Lễ, Tết, Ngày kỷ niệm từ Công ty và Công đoàn
- Tham gia các đợt khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm do công ty tổ chức
- Được đánh giá xét duyệt tăng lương 1 lần/năm. Thưởng khoảng 2 tháng lương/ 1 năm thâm niên
- Được tham gia các hoạt động xây dựng đội ngũ, gắn kết nhân viên do công ty và công đoàn tổ chức tại các Khu Resort, Khu du lịch
- Người lao động được thưởng ngày phép nếu làm việc đủ thâm niên theo quy định
- Cơ hội học tập và đi công tác nước ngoài
- Công ty có các tuyến xe đưa đón cho nhân viên làm hành chính ( Hải Dương, Hưng Yên, Hà Nội -> Nhà Máy)
