Main Role: Washing Merchandise Supervisor is responsible to follow the washing/dyeing process from development to bulk. And track and plan all the orders, selecting suppliers with the best price and quality guaranteed by customers

Job details:

- Sourcing/Development
- Need to insure we worked with the best suppliers for our customer request and always source more supplier
- For development need to choose the correct supplier and check price and lead time first (max 3 days) and test with 2 suppliers at least.
- When develop anything need to be sure can duplicate for bulk
- On development stage if see any risk for bulk need to inform Sales, Merchandiser with all details and information.
- Washing Planning
- When merchandiser send bulk or sample PO need to share immediately with supplier and work with factory for the planning
- Cooperate with Merchandising and factory management to plan wash, dye and official order form, arrange shipment schedule to wash, dye schedule as required.
- Combined with office factory to monitor the order's return date, problems arising when there is a process of washing, dyeing
- Ensure quality sample
- Check and compare the production orders with the approved samples.
- Need to be sure supplier quality is consistent and they follow our standard and request
- When there is issue need to work closely with the supplier and production team in UA
- Monitoring the quality of suppliers after each order to maintain cooperation and work for the following orders, advising merchandiser when there is a problem to handle from the supplier.
- Manage Supplier
- Collaborate with sourcing team to find qualified suppliers, low price, satisfactory product quality.
- Create and update supplier’s database properly

Education:Graduate college above related to sew garments, dyeing technology, têxtile....

Experience:Experiences 4 - 5years in garment industry, especially Wash, dyeing, is an advantage

Knowledge: Ability to set up the Dye-wash process internally/ externally

Can work outside, at Suppliers Factory
