- Kiểm tra, kiểm duyệt các giao dịch thanh toán tiền của khách hàng qua các ví điện tử, đảm bảo số tiền thanh toán là đúng, đủ và chính xác (Check, censor the payment transactions through payment gateways, make sure the received account is correct, complete, and accurate).
- Tham gia xây dựng công cụ quản lý doanh thu, công nợ, đối chiếu, đối chiếu số liệu doanh thu, công nợ trên phần mềm kế toán, phần mềm SA... (Participate in building revenue and debt management tools, collate and reconcile revenue and debt data on SA software, accounting software..
- Xử lý bán hàng, hoàn lại tiền, hủy bỏ, trao đổi và chuyển dữ liệu vào kế toán doanh thu (Process sales, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and booking data into revenue accounting).
- Kiểm tra và kiểm soát các dịch vụ bán hàng trực tuyến (Check and control online selling services)
- Tổ chức và phát triển các công cụ, phần mềm quản lý báo cáo, đối chiếu, doanh thu, phần mềm kiểm soát công nợ (Organize and develop tools, software for report management, reconciliation, revenue, and debt control software)
- Nhận và lưu trữ tất cả các tệp dữ liệu bán hàng (Receive and archive all sales data files in)
- Tải lên tất cả dữ liệu bán hàng vào Kế toán doanh thu và xử lý dữ liệu bán hàng, hoàn tiền, trao đổi và xử lý các giao dịch thanh toán (Upload all sales data into Revenue accounting and handle sales, refund, exchange, and payment data processing).
- Kiểm tra số liệu bán hàng với số liệu thanh toán và dữ liệu trên SA và phần mềm quản lý khách sạn (Check sales figures with billing and hotel management software)
- Kiểm tra dữ liệu đặt chỗ để đảm bảo dữ liệu đó khớp với khách đã đăng ký (Check booking data to make sure it matches the checked-in guest)
- Nhận thông báo lỗi của Kế toán doanh thu và xử lý (Receive error messages of Revenue accounting and handle)
- Xử lý các công việc phát sinh theo yêu cầu của lãnh đạo phòng ban (Handle arising tasks at the request of departmental leaders)

- Có 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tài chính kế toán (Having 02 years of working experience in finance and accounting).
- Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office và kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt (Proficient in Microsoft Office and good English Skills).
- Sử dụng thành thạo Word, Excel và các phần mềm kế toán, công cụ tìm kiếm trên Internet (Proficient in using Word, Excel, and accounting software, Internet search engine)
