**Job Description** Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
- Perform testing and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
- Create documentation to support end-users in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA support or implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, and other SAP tools and technologies is preferred.
