The jobholder will take main duties and responsibilities as follows:
- Monthly payroll:
Calculate monthly salary for employees and prepare salary bank transfer.
- Operate HR Software effectively to ensure smooth processing of Payroll.
- Make monthly Payroll related reports.- Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance:

- Do monthly social insurance reconciliation report.
- Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc) and follow up payment for employees.
- Register social, health and unemployment insurance contribution for new employees.- PIT:
Do PIT declaration and finalization for local employee.
- Register dependent relief.- Do PIT declaration and finalization for expatriate.- HRM Software:
Manage HRM software contract.
- Support daily running.
- Deal with supplier.- Other relevant tasks:
Support & supervise other HR members to ensure smooth operation of HR Department.
- Audit, review and propose on improvements of compensation and benefits policies and practices in compliance with the government laws.
- Respond to employees’ concerns relating to C&B policies and practices.
- Hands on reports as requested.
- Work closely with relevant Government Offices such as Tax, Social Insurance Authority, etc.**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- + Education:
- University graduate, preferably from Foreign Languages (English), Human Resources Management or Social Science fields

+ Experiences:
- Experience in PIT for local & expatriate.
- Experience in HRMS administration is a must.
- Above five years working experience in compensation & benefit (C&B) jobs.

+ Other skills and knowledge:
- Customer service mindset and able to work under high pressure.
- Good command of English & Vietnamese (both written and verbal)
- Thorough understanding of Vietnamese Labor Laws, Social Insurance Law and PIT law
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Highly self
- disciplined, good sense of responsibilities
- Hard
- working, careful, result
