As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and serving as the overseas point of contact for those clients. Your goal will be to maintain strong relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Key Responsibilities Include:

- **Develop and maintain strong relationships** with key decision-makers at the sourcing office to ensure smooth communication, identify and secure new business opportunities.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to secure new projects and items, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working with internal teams as needed to find solutions.
- **Business Development**: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or categories to existing clients.
- **Oversee the execution of new item launches and repeat orders**, ensuring quality, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Develop and implement Customer Operation Manuals **to standardize processes and train team members.
- **Oversee customer P&L** to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement.
- **Facilitate effective communication and collaboration** between US and Asia teams.
- **Additional responsibilities as needed** to support business operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, client feedback, and any issues or concerns. **Alert **if any risk or opportunities to management

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- **Experience**: 5-10 years of experience in account management, client services, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- C1 (advanced) English written and verbal required.
- Chinese verbal required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Account Revenue Growth
- Account Margin Profitability Rate
- Client satisfaction scores.
- Timely delivery of projects and services.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily office-based but requires travel to meet clients and factories.
- Regular meetings with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

**Salary**:

- Salary $1,000-$1,500 USD/month depending on experience
- KPI Bonus based on Revenue/Profitability

Working time: 8 A.M - 5 P.M, extra working time could be required sometime depending on the project.

13th-month salary offers.

Work flexibility schedule.

Pay: 25,000,000₫ - 38,000,000₫ per month
